We don't believe in complicated sales processes. When you reach out, we'll start with a conversation about your current setup, what's working, what isn't, and where you want to be. This helps us understand if we're a good fit for each other. No pressure, no hard sell.
If it makes sense to continue, we'll review your environment in more detail. This might be a quick chat with your current IT person, a look at your systems, or a security assessment. We'll tell you exactly what we need and why.
From there, we put together a clear proposal with exactly what we recommend, why, and what it costs. No hidden fees, no surprises. If something doesn't make sense, ask. We'd rather have an honest conversation than a confused client.
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll schedule onboarding. Most clients are fully transitioned within two to four weeks, depending on complexity. We handle the heavy lifting while you keep running your business.

Our sweet spot is businesses between 20 and 500 people. Big enough to need proper IT infrastructure, small enough that you want a team who knows your name. Professional services firms, manufacturers, not-for-profits, and growing companies tend to be our best fit.
