From specification to installation - we handle procurement so you get the right equipment, properly configured.
Hardware procurement isn't about finding the cheapest price online. It's about understanding what your business actually needs, choosing equipment that will last, and making sure it arrives configured and ready to use.
We're not a box-shifter. We don't make our money selling you hardware you don't need. We're your IT partner, and procurement is simply part of the service. When you need new equipment, we specify it properly, source it through authorised channels, configure it to your standards, and support it for its entire lifecycle.
Our vendor partnerships mean competitive pricing, genuine warranties, and access to business-grade equipment. More importantly, they mean we can actually get support when something goes wrong - not a call centre reading from a script.
We work directly with manufacturers to source business-grade equipment through proper channels. As an authorised partner for Apple, Lenovo, HP, Microsoft, Fortinet, among others, we have access to business pricing, extended warranty options, and genuine technical support when you need it.
For endpoints, we supply Lenovo, HP, Microsoft, and Apple laptops, as well as Apple iPhones and iPads, all enrolled in Apple Business Manager or your MDM of choice before they reach your team, not blank slates that require hours of setup.
On the infrastructure side, we source Fortinet networking appliances, Lenovo ThinkSystem servers, APC power protection, and Veeam and Belton secure cloud backup solutions. Everything from a single laptop replacement to a full office fit-out.
Every hardware purchase follows the same structured approach. It starts with specification - understanding what you need the equipment to do, who will use it, and what constraints matter (budget, timeline, compatibility). We then provide a detailed quotation with options where appropriate.
Once approved, we order through authorised channels and begin configuration. Devices don't ship directly to you from a warehouse. They come to us first, where we image them, apply your policies, install your software, and test everything. When equipment arrives at your door - or your user's home office - it's ready to work.
Installation and deployment can be on-site or remote, depending on what makes sense. We handle user handover, answer questions, and document everything in your asset register. From there, ongoing support is part of the package - warranty management, lifecycle tracking, and the knowledge that if something fails, we're the ones dealing with the vendor.
Nothing worse than a hardware failure and then finding out your warranty expired last month. We track every device, every warranty, every service contract.
When something fails, we handle the warranty claim. We deal with the vendor, arrange the replacement or repair, and get you back up and running. You don't need to dig through old invoices or sit on hold with a manufacturer.
We also proactively notify you before warranties expire, so you can make informed decisions about extended coverage or replacement planning.
Tell us what you're looking for and we'll put together a proper specification and quote.
