What it is

Not everyone needs a managed IT provider. Sometimes you have capable internal IT and just need specialist help for specific projects: a cloud migration, a security upgrade, an integration between systems that don't talk to each other. That's what we do.

We've completed hundreds of projects over twenty years, everything from moving a small business to Microsoft 365 to architecting hybrid cloud infrastructure for large enterprises. Our project approach

We've refined our methodology over two decades of delivery. It's not complicated, but it's thorough. We front-load the planning so execution goes smoothly, we test before we deploy, and we document everything. Most project failures happen because of poor scoping or inadequate testing, so we're obsessive about both. The discovery phase isn't something we rush through to get to the real work. It is the real work.

Projects begin with discovery and scoping, where we assess your environment, understand requirements, identify risks and define what success looks like. That produces the scope document and quote. From there we move into design and planning: technical architecture, timelines, resource allocation and change management. Before anything touches production we build and test in our lab or a staging environment, with pilots where appropriate. Only when everything checks out do we proceed to deployment, with scheduled cutover windows, clear rollback procedures, user training and hypercare support immediately afterwards. The project isn't done until handover is complete, with full documentation, knowledge transfer and warranty-period support until you're comfortable running things yourself.
