When you need new equipment, we specify it properly, source it through authorised channels, configure it to your standards, and support it for its entire lifecycle.

What we supply
Our vendor partnerships mean competitive pricing, genuine warranties, and access to business-grade equipment. We supply Lenovo, HP, Microsoft and Apple laptops, desktops and workstations, all configured to your security standards before deployment, domain joined, policies applied, software installed.
We supply iPhones, iPads and Android devices enrolled in mobile device management before they reach your team, plus meeting room displays, webcams, headsets and peripherals. On the infrastructure side we source Fortinet networking appliances, Lenovo ThinkSystem servers, APC power protection, and Veeam and Belton secure cloud backup. Everything from a single laptop replacement to a full office fit-out. And it’s procured and configured locally: collect from our Newmarket office, or we deploy onsite anywhere from Whangarei to Queenstown.
How we do it
Every hardware purchase follows the same structured approach. It starts with specification, understanding what you need the equipment to do, who will use it, and what constraints matter. We then provide a detailed quotation with options where appropriate.
Once approved, we order through authorised channels and begin configuration. Devices don't ship directly to you from a warehouse. They come to us first, where we image them, apply your policies, install your software, and test everything. When equipment arrives at your door, it's ready to work. Installation can be on-site or remote, and we document everything in your asset register.
How we prove it
Nothing's worse than a hardware failure, then finding out your warranty expired last month. We track every device, every warranty, every service contract. When something fails, we handle the warranty claim, deal with the vendor, and get you back up and running. We also notify you before warranties expire, so you can plan extended coverage or replacement on your terms.
