FAQ

We scope it to your environment: your users, devices, Microsoft 365 footprint, security and recovery needs. From that we build one fixed monthly price and walk you through exactly what's included and why. There's no public per-seat list because no two environments are the same, and we'd rather quote you the truth than a placeholder.

Where onboarding work is needed (documenting your environment, hardening security, migrating systems) we quote it up front as a fixed, transparent figure before any work starts. You'll never see a surprise setup charge appear on a later invoice.

Yes. Plans flex as you grow, and we review the scope with you every quarter so what you pay stays matched to what you actually use. If your needs shrink, we'll tell you. We don't believe in charging for capacity you don't need, and there's no lock-in penalty for right-sizing.

Hardware, third-party software licences and project work outside your managed scope are quoted separately and clearly. We don't bury margin in hardware or take vendor kickbacks that shape advice. What's in your plan and what's extra is spelled out, so there are no surprise variations on your invoice.
