ThinkPads: the fleet that survives

Jason AgnewFounder & CEO
Jun 2026Product Review

Across years of fleet procurement, ThinkPads have had the lowest drama per device of anything we ship: keyboards people like, batteries that last the lease, and warranty service that actually works in New Zealand.

Nothing is perfect: model-line churn makes like-for-like replacement a moving target, and the consumer-adjacent lines don't deserve the badge. Stay in the T and X series.

Verdict: our default business laptop. Boring, durable, right.
