The AI Documentation & Control Bootcamp.
Three days that change how your business runs. This is an enablement and training investment, not an outsourcing job: we stand up an agent fleet inside your own environment and train your people to run it, so the documentation work you have been putting off for years becomes something your team and their agents do every day. Your resourcing, your AI, your team. Our advice.
Three things you can now automate.
In less than 150 hoursEach of these normally takes months. There are now three things you can automate in your business in less than 150 hours of your team's time, with us enabling and training you every step.
Your resourcing, your AI, your team. Our advice.
Nothing leaves your environmentThree days, end to end.
Hands-on throughout- Design your documentation standard: naming, ownership, classification scheme, review cadence and templates
- Scan your repositories: SharePoint, file servers, wikis, ticket systems and email archives
- Train the AI on your formats, templates and previous document history
- Surface the common issues: duplicates, stale and orphaned documents, conflicting versions, missing owners, unmarked sensitive data
- Document the procedures your agents follow: agent-readable SOPs with hard stops
- Build the rewrite, classification, redaction and PII-removal pipelines with approval gates and audit trails
- Pilot on a live repository and measure the result
- Design the data lake: sources, structure, access model and lineage
- Train your staff to brief, review and approve agent work
- Set the operating rhythm: ownership, review cadence, exceptions and escalation
- Wire the controls: who approves what, what gets logged, what the auditor sees
- Leave with a 150-hour execution plan your team runs
Built against the standards that matter.
Certification-ready outputYour documentation lands classified, owned, current and traceable. If you are heading for certification, procurement review or due diligence, this is the fastest route to a document set that passes. We align the standard we build with you to the frameworks you answer to.

Bootcamp questions, answered.
FAQThe 3-day AI Documentation & Control Bootcamp is $15,000 + GST for up to ten people. An extension of two further days is $10,000 + GST, and the 150-hour enablement package, where our specialists coach your team through the execution plan, is $40,350 + GST. All three are enablement and training investments: your team does the work and keeps the capability. Travel, AI consumption and licensing are separate.
No. The agent fleet runs on your AI subscriptions inside your own tenancy, and your documents stay in the repositories they live in today. Every change an agent proposes goes through a human approval gate and is written to an audit trail, so you gain control rather than giving it up.
Access to your document repositories, an AI subscription (we advise on which, and can help you set one up), and the right people in the room: whoever owns your quality, security and operational documents, a technical operator, and a leadership sponsor. We bring a proven starting standard, so you do not need one prepared.
A documentation standard, a trained agent fleet running in your environment, live pilots on your real documents, a classification and redaction pipeline with approval gates, a data lake design, trained staff, and a 150-hour execution plan. The capability stays with your team, not with us.
Insane intelligence,
delivered.
Three days on-site, and the documentation work that has been on the list for years becomes something your own agents do every day.
