We provide on-site IT support to businesses and homes in Auckland and across New Zealand.

Our friendly, experienced technicians will arrange to visit at a time that’s convenient for you. Equipped with a wide range of tools and gadgets, they’ll be able to diagnose and then fix most common problems – quickly and efficiently.

If the problem is of a more serious nature, they’ll let you know the best course of action and set the right wheels in motion – ensuring you get back up and running as fast as possible.

 Our on-site IT support can assist with:

On-site support pricing:

On-site computer support incurs a minimum fee of $100.00 p/h + GST for home clients and $130.00 p/h + GST for business clients.

An additional one-off travel fee of $19.00 + GST applies for all on-site support visits.

Outside of the Auckland area, we contract our on-site support services to local IT businesses. We carefully vet these contractors to ensure they meet our high levels of service and experience. So, whether you’re up north, down south or just around the corner, you can be sure you’ll get the very best technical expertise in your area.
