All Computer systems manufactured by Belton IT unless otherwise stated come with a standard 1 year return to base warranty on hardware only. Software problems are not covered by the warranty, a service charge will apply. Please select software products carefully. Due to licensing issues software can not be returned once purchased.
This means that if your system fails due to a hardware malfunction you will not be charged for the replacement hardware within the warranty period. This warranty does not include Labour. Systems which carry a 3 year extended warranty include the same terms.
All onsite replacements of faulty hardware is charged at our normal hourly rate. All software repairs are charged at our normal hourly rate.
